Easy Bookings
Answer:Absolutely! Booking ahead guarantees your preferred car, lets us have it ready when you arrive, and ensures a smooth, quick pickup.
Answer:Yes! Just reach out to us promptly, and we’ll help you adjust your booking based on availability and your rental terms.
Answer:Fuel is not included. Please return the car with the same fuel level as delivered. Any missing fuel will be billed along with refueling costs.
Answer:Yes! Just make sure the driver meets all rental requirements.
Answer:Drivers under 25 may have additional fees, but everyone can rent a car with us.
Answer:No, our rentals are strictly within Sardinia. Driving outside the island is prohibited and may incur penalties.

What You Need to Rent
Answer:Please bring a valid driving license and a valid ID for all drivers in original physical form. Photocopies, scans, digital licenses, or photos cannot be accepted.
Answer:Absolutely! Your license must be recognized in Italy. Sometimes an international license may be required – contact us if you’re unsure.
Payments & Security Deposits
Answer:We accept cash, debit cards, credit cards, and prepaid cards. Upon request and prior agreement, bank transfers can also be accepted. Checks are not accepted.
Answer:The security deposit is a blocked or pre-authorized amount used as a guarantee to cover possible damages, missing fuel, delays, or contractual violations. The amount varies depending on the vehicle category and chosen insurance, and can be paid in cash, by debit card, or by credit/prepaid card.
Answer:The deposit is released after the vehicle is returned, provided it is on time, with the correct fuel level, and without new damages. Otherwise, it may be retained in full or in part until checks are completed.
Answer:Yes, if you need an invoice, please send your tax details during booking or before the contract is finalized.
Quick Pick-up & Drop-off
Answer:Once your documents are verified and payment is complete, you’ll receive your keys and rental agreement. Don’t forget to inspect the car and snap a few photos for peace of mind before you hit the road.
Answer:No worries! Just give us a call or send an email. Without notice, reservations are automatically canceled after 59 minutes, so it’s best to keep us informed.
Answer:Late returns may incur additional fees. If you think you’ll be delayed, contact us early so we can find the best solution together.

Answer:Absolutely! Just park in our designated area and drop the key in the "Key Box" at our office for a seamless return.

Answer:Due to legal and airport/station regulations, we cannot store items left in vehicles. Any found items are considered abandoned and will be disposed of.
Fuel, Insurance & Add-ons
Answer:All our vehicles come with liability coverage (RC Auto). When booking or picking up your car, you can easily add extra insurance or options to suit your needs. Always check conditions and pricing to plan ahead.
Answer:Yes, unless we’ve agreed otherwise. Returning it not full will result in a fuel charge for the missing amount.
Answer:Absolutely! Just register the additional driver at pickup and provide the necessary documents. Note that extra drivers may incur a small additional fee.
Answer:Yes! When booking or picking up your car, you can request extras like child seats, roof racks, bike racks, GPS, and more (availability permitting).
